Its pretty flowers are lavender pink, delicious in soup, salad with cheese or egg dishes and also, of course, on baked potatoes with sour cream and bacon. Can be planted indoors. You can divide and transplant its clumps in the spring after a first growing season. Harvest often by cutting the leaves 5 cm (2") from the ground. Can be dried or frozen. Perennial.

Sow seeds directly in the garden or start sowing indoors 6 weeks before the last frost. Harvest often by cutting 5 cm (2") from the ground. Can be grown indoors.

Seeding depth: 1.3cm (1/2")

Space between plants: 15cm (6")

Space between rows: 30cm (12")

The clumps can be divided and transplanted in the spring after the first season. Harvest often by cutting 5 cm (2") from the ground.

For freezing, cut the leaves into thin strips using scissors and insert them into an empty water bottle. All you have to do is sprinkle it to your liking when the time comes.
