Start indoors 4 to 6 weeks before the last frost. Transplant into the garden when the soil is warm. A perfect variety for an indoor herb garden.

To dry the leaves, cut the entire plant back to 2 inches from the ground just before flowering in early summer. Dry the leaves in the shade.
