Contest rules
“Exceptional vegetables”
Article 1. General
These rules apply to the “Exceptional Vegetables” contest, hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”.
The competition is organized by Les semis de La Seigneurie, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.
These regulations concern in particular the conditions of participation in the competition and the conduct of the Contest. The simple fact of participating in the Contest implies full acceptance by the participant of all the terms and conditions of these Contest rules.
Article 2. Duration of the contest
The Contest begins on February 5, 2024 at 12:01 a.m. and ends on February 12, 2024 at 11:59 p.m.
The Organizer reserves the right to extend the Contest.
Article 3. Conditions of participation
The competition is a game with no obligation to purchase.
All individuals are authorized to participate in the contest Contest , with the exception of staff and directors of the promoter and any partners involved in the organization of the contest . The same applies to first-degree relatives of these people and people residing at the same address as these people.
Article 4. Conduct of the Competition
A participant can participate via the publication made on the Organizer's Facebook page (link).

To validly participate and thus have a chance of winning the prize, the participant must correctly follow the progress of the Contest .
Article 6. Designation of the winner
The winner will be informed after the Contest closes by “Facebook” messenger and mentioned on the Organizer’s Facebook page.
After a period of 7 working days , following the designation of the winner, the Organizer reserves the right to select a new winner in the event that the winner does not respond to contact requests, taking into account the progress of the Contest and the winner designation mechanism.
Article 7. Communication
The winner of a prize grants the Organizer permission to use his or her name in connection with any communication or promotion by the Organizer relating solely to the Contest through social media channels.

A participant may contact the Organizer to ask questions or make comments about the Contest as follows:
However, the Organizer will not accept any dispute relating to the wording or interpretation of the instructions and/or questions in the context of the Contest .
Article 9. Validity
If one or more provisions of these Contest rules are declared void, illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect the validity of the other provisions of this agreement. The provision in question must then be interpreted and/or replaced by a valid provision having the same object and effect or by a similar provision which comes as close as possible to the provision in question.
Article 10. Disputes
The Organizer and the participant will endeavor to resolve amicably any dispute relating to the Contest vor the interpretation of these Contest rules. If no solution can be found, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district in which the Organizer's head office is located. They will have exclusive jurisdiction for the settlement of this dispute.
