Snap peas are the go-to varieties for abundant harvests of flat, sweet, and crunchy whole pods. At Semis de la Seigneurie, we offer two complementary classics: Snowpeas (thin, tender, and very sweet pods) and Oregon Sugar Peas (large, fleshy, and very productive pods). These peas are ideal for home gardens, raised beds, or vertical gardening, and are perfectly suited to zone 4b. They offer a generous harvest, easy to grow even for beginners!

Sow directly in the garden as soon as the soil can be worked (April-May), 4-6 weeks before the last frost. Tolerates light frost. Full sun to partial shade, well-drained soil. Space 5 cm apart in rows 60 cm apart. Staking is essential (150-180 cm). Matures in 60-70 days. Harvest in June-July. Autumn sowing is possible (late July).
